Software Engineer Principal — Meta
October 2025 - Present
- Production Engineering / Oncall — Enterprise Products: Inventory, Logistics & Supply-Chain Systems (Meta)
- Sole/primary responder across the Inventory, Logistics, and EP-Source oncall rotations for Meta's data-center and corporate supply-chain platforms, resolving 1,700+ production tickets and landing 160+ diffs over 10 months.
- Drove day-to-day production support for inventory, warehouse, and logistics systems (move orders, SHREQs, LPNs, receiving, racks), triaging and resolving 1,700+ operational incidents spanning EDI/consignment ingestion, Oracle Fusion & OTM order sync, rack shipment/transfer, RMA/repair, and Smart Locker workflows.
- Diagnosed and remediated data-integrity incidents at the ledger level — stranded/orphaned move orders, ghost logical inventory, receipt-not-found (INVFA) mismatches, and stuck in-transit assets — authoring targeted, canary-verified datafixes and reusable runbooks that cut repeat-incident handling time.
- Hardened API reliability and security, fixing GraphQL failures (permission-denied, type-hint violations, OOM on high-traffic mutations) and closing server-side authorization gaps by propagating caller viewer-context and adding @fb_permission checks on FACOPS/inventory endpoints.
- Improved test reliability at scale, triaging and stabilizing ~390 E2E/Jest test tasks (230+ flaky-test investigations), repairing cacheable data-builders and data-gated selectors to keep CI green for the inventory mobile and web apps.
- Delivered a large-scale EntSchema migration (~150 schema tasks) and contributed to the Inventory "Nest" web-app migration, including bug-bash triage, QA defect resolution, and callsite migrations to the modern design system.
- Owned change-management and access governance as a CAB approver and ACL/permission-request reviewer, gating datafixes and production changes with requester sign-off and canary rollout procedures.
